Cooking Instructions
- Chop seitan into strips (but not too small)
- In a medium-sized sealable container, mix together canola oil, lime juice, and soy sauce
- Add paprika, chili powder, cumin, and minced garlic
- Add seitan strips
- Allow this to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, up to a full day
- We chose to marinate overnight, and the result was delicious!
- As the seitan is cooking, warm the yellow corn tortillas in an air fryer or toaster at around 230°F for a couple of minutes
- Be careful of overcooking! The tortillas may become crisp and brittle if you turn your attention away for a brief moment
- Place down some warmed tortillas and add a spoonful of seitan
- Top with red onion, cilantro, a dash of squeezed lime, and serve!
