Ingredients:
  • 1 package tofu
  • 1 bag spinach
  • 1 whole pepper
  • 1 cup mushrooms (any)
  • 1/2 diced onion
  • 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 pinch salt & pepper

This easy-to-make dish is not only healthy and satisfying, but it's also loaded with nutritious veggies and packed with flavor thanks to the addition of garlic powder, chili powder, and nutritional yeast. Plus, it's a great way to start your day with a hearty dose of plant-based protein. Get ready to be blown away by its delicious taste and wholesome goodness!

     

    Cooking instructions

    1. Chop up onion and add into pan with olive oil
    2. Without draining water from tofu, add to pan, breaking into crumbles
    3. Add chopped pepper
    4. Add nutritional yeast (optional), garlic powder, and chili powder
    5. Allow this to cook for about 5 minutes
    6. Add mushrooms, spinach, tomato sauce
    7. Top with salt and pepper
    8. Cook vegetables to your desired softness

     

    I like to add a little nutritional yeast and vegan parm upon serving.
